interest after the rate of Rs. 6 per cent. per annum thereon until payment thereof payable half yearly but such additional capital shall not be drawn out by him without giving six calender months’ written notice of his intention so to do to the other partner and he shall be bound to draw out the same on a like notice being given to him by the other partner and at the expiration of such last mentioned notice interest shall cease to be payable thereon. T 4. The said capital and Stock implements and utensils in trade and furniture and materials used in carrying on the said business purchased out of the partnership funds as well as the gains and profits of the said business shall belong to the said partners in equal moieties. 5. The said Manilal Ganguly shall be in charge of the said business and shall diligently employ himself in or about the business of the said partnership and carry on manage and conduct the same for the greatest benefit and advantage of the partnership and shall give such time attention and supervision as may be necessary for the efficient management thereof. The said Chintamoney Ghosh shall not interfere with the carrying on management or conduct of the said business and shall not during the continuance of the partnership either alone or in partnership with any other person or persons carry on or be concerned directly or indirectly in the business as a bookseller in Calcutta and its suburbs and shall not sign the name of the said firm. 2 obo
