V987 ঐতিহাসিক চিত্ৰ । পরগণা কোম্পানীরই সম্পত্তি হইবে। এই সনন্দে কোম্পানী ও ক্লাইবের মধ্যে একরূপ গোলযোগের মীমাংসা হয়। পরে নবাব নজম উদ্দৌলার সনন্দ বাদসহ-দরবার হইতে অনুমোদিত হইলে ক্লাইব কোম্পানীর নিকট হইতে চব্বিশ পরগণার উপস্বত্ব লাভ করিতে সক্ষম হন। ১৭৬৫ খৃঃ অব্দের ১২ই আগষ্ট বাদসহ সাহ আলম নবাব নজম উদ্দৌলার প্রদত্ত সনন্দ স্থির থাকিবার 可忆而冲(死可1米 revert as an unconditional jagheer and perpetual gift to the Company, and if (which God forbid) the High and Mighty aforesaid shall die within this term, they shall revert to the Company, innmediately upon his death.
