me a royalty of 25 per cent. of the actual price of the books at which they are sold. Provided also that in the event of the INDIAN PUBLISHING House failing to comply with any or all of the abovementioned conditions in any particular, or failing to print and publish any of the books after the edition is exhausted in a respectable garb, at least in the same style in which its previous edition was printed and published, or failing to supply without any reasonable cause the public demand for any book within a reasonable period, say six months from the date ofreceipt of the complete revised copy for the new edition from me or my representative, I shall be at liberty to resume all the rights in the abovementioned books hereby conveyed and assigned and to debar any further sale of such books by the said INDIAN PUBLISHING House through its Manager or Proprietor or his heirs or assigns, and further that in the event of the INDIAN PUBLISHING House faithfully conforming to and fulfilling all the conditions above laid down during the whole of the prescribed period of five years, its Proprietor or Proprietors shall have a right to continue to publish the books on the same terms and conditions so long as the copyrights of the works remain vested in the author or his heirs, executors or assigns. . And that I, Charuchandra Bandyopadhyay, on behalf of the Proprietor of the INDIAN PUBLISHING House, Calcutta, do hereby undertake the printing, publication and sale of the abovementioned books on the conditions and under the provisos above
