6. The Publisher shall during the legal term of unrestricted copyright have the exclusive right of producing and publishing the works mentioned in the schedule A hereto. The Publisher shall have the general control of the publication and sale of the works mentioned in the said schedule A and the Author shall not during the continuance of this Agreement (without the consent of the Publisher) publish or permit to be published any abridgment of the works mentioned in the said schedule A or any of the books mentioned in schedule A. All rights of translation, of dramatization of all and every the said works shall remain the property of the Author. 7. The whole right title and interest in the manuscript and in the copyright of the works shall remain the property of the Author who hereby empowers the Publisher to take in his (the Author’s) name but at his (Pubiisher's) expense any action legal or otherwise that he (the Publisher) may consider necessary to protect his (Publisher’s) rights under this Agreement, and also at his (the Publisher's) own expense to carry out or abide by any order that shall or may be made by any Court or Courts in action or legal proceedings whatsoever and for the purposes aforesaid the Author hereby constitutes nominates appoints the Publisher so long as these presents shall remain in force, his true and lawful attorney to use his name and to sign his name in any documents papers or writings that may be necessary in the premises, 8. The Publisher shall not assign the benefit of २b>*>
