or delegate his obligations as Publisher under this agreement except that the whole agreement may be assigned to such person or persons as may succeed to him in his business as a Publisher. 9. The Publisher shall pay to the Author a Royalty of Rupees Twenty Five per cent of the advertised retail price on all copies of the said works sold by him during the term aforesaid. 10. The Publisher shall submit monthly a true and faithful account of the copies of the said several works published and sold by him during the month preceding and such account shall be settled and adjusted each month as aforesaid by cash payment provided that in case of failure to submit accounts during the said time, owing to any unforeseen cirumstances, the Publisher will have thirty days of grace for submission of the said account and payment to the author. 11. If the Publisher should at any time commit any act of Insolvency the Author may by notice in writing terminate this Agreement. 12. If the Publisher shall at the end of three years from the date hereof or at any time thereafter give notice to the Author that in his or their opinion the demand for the work or 'works mentioned in the said schedule A or any of them has ceased or if the Publisher shall for six months after the work or any of them is or are out of print decline or after due notice neglect to publish a new edition or if the quality of the printing and paper of the work or works is such as is not approved by the author then and in either such case this Agree ২৮২
