ment so far as it relates to such particular work or works shall terminate and the right to print and publish such work or works shall revert to the Author who shall be entitled to purhcase from the publisher forth with (if he or they insist and they are at his or their disposal) the stereotype or electrotype plates and the blocks or plates used for illustrations for such work or works aforesaid and whatever copies the Publisher may have on hand of the said work or works at the net cost of production and if the Author does not within three months purchase and pay for the said stereotype or eleetrotype plates blocks used for illustrations and copies the Publisher shall be entitled to and any time therefore to dispose of such stereotype or electrotype plates blocks or plates used for illrstrations and copies or melt the plates paying to the Author 10 per cent of the net proceeds of such sale. 13. The Author may require an Inspection of the Publisher’s Account Books every six months after the account has becil renderd and also on termination of the Agreement by auy cause whatsoever herein before mentioned. On the Author demanding in writing an Inspection the Publisher shall forth with permit the Author or his agent nominated by him to examine all Books and Documents relating to the Publication and Sale of the Books the subject matter of this Agreement.
