October, 1922, that is to say as President of the Wisva-Bharati I accept with thanks your offer to make over to the VisvaBharati your publishing and selling rights in respect of my books comprised in our agreement dated the 2nd. of June, 1914 as well as of those since published by you in consideration of receiving an amount equal to one-third of the retail price of the stock at present in your hands (which stock will thereupon become the property of Wisva-Bharati ).
