be realised and divided accordingly and thereupon they shall execute mutual releases. 19. The term “partners” unless repugnant to the context shall also include their respective heirs executors administrators and representatives. 20. That if any dispute doubt or difference shall arise either before or after the expiration or determination of the said co-partnership between the said parties or the representatives of either of them under or the touching or relating to the construction of these presents or to the said partnership property rights credits or effects or to any of the partnership accounts business or transaction whatsoever every such dispute doubt or difference shall within 30 days after the same shall arise be referred to the arbitration of two indifferent persons and an umpire to be chosen by the referees before entering upon such reference ; alth the award of such referees or umpire in the matters of such reference shall be made within 30 days next after the first reference to them or within such enlarged time or times as shall be allowed by the said referees and endorsed on these presents and shall be final and conclusive on both parties respectively and their rc.spective representatives and in case either party shall for the space of 15 days after request in writing refuse or neglect to nominate his referee or in case the referees or either of them when chosen shall for the like space of time neglect or refuse to choose an umpire as aforsaid or to act the referee of the other party may proceed alone in the business of the reference and his award if made within the time V) o \^)
