The public in recognition of this great sacrifice for the cause of education reciprocated their gratitude by consecrating the School after the name of his late lamented father and "The Bora Modhusudon High English School" stands today and will continue to stand as an everlasting monument of his sacrifice and generosity, diseminating culture and education to our posterity from generation to generation. রায় সাহেব ইচ্ছা করিলে অনায়াসে যথেষ্ট বিষয়-সম্পত্তি করিতে পারিতেন, সে সময়ে সম্পত্তির মূল্য এত অধিক ছিল না। কিন্তু তাহার সেদিকে দৃষ্টি ছিল না। র্তাহার উপার্জনের অধিকাংশই সাধারণহিতকর কাৰ্য্যে এবং সন্তান-সন্ততিদের শিক্ষার্থে ব্যয় করিয়াছেন । নিজ পৈতৃক সম্পত্তির উপর ভূসম্পত্তির বৃদ্ধি করিয়া ভদ্রাসনের শ্ৰীবৃদ্ধি করিয়া তিন সহোদরের প্রত্যেকের পৃথক পৃথক বাসগৃহ ও আনুসঙ্গিক অপরাপর আবশ্যকীয় ঘর-বাড়ী নিৰ্ম্মাণ করিয়া দিয়াছেন এবং যেখানে শাস্ত্রীয় ক্রিয়া-কলাপ ও বাৎসরিক ৬/দয়াময়ী শ্ৰীশ্ৰীশ্যামা মার পূজা হয় সেই সাধারণ স্থানে পূজা-গৃহ নিৰ্ম্মাণ করাইয়া দিয়া ধৰ্ম্মনিষ্ঠার পরিচয় गिभूपिछभ ।
