The White Paper circulated by Pakistan could not evoke appreciation rather it created disgust in some circle because of the falsehood. Bhutto's meeting with Yahya Khan, as reported in the press here, was failure to gel any result. It is also reported that Bhutto has been threatening of grave consequences if the power is not transferred to civilian government. He even said that the happenings in East Pakistan would be repeated in West Pakistan. It is known from a reliable source that NAP (W. Pak) Chief Wali Khan would support Bhutto in case the latter would launch an agitation to secure civilian government. Wali Khan was contacted in Kabul by Mrs. Bhutto during her visit last month.
