The Party called on the Government of India to recognize the Government of Bangladesh and give all help including the supply of arms.
“The Communist Party of India appeals to all governments of the world to recognize this Government and to give it all possible assistance,” the council statement added.
May 15 has been declared Bangladesh day and the Party is organizing rallies and collections for the people of Bangladesh.
