The Balance of £2,303.21 has been transferred to the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh after preparation of this report. I have prepared the annexed Statement of Receipts and Payments from the books and records of the Bangladesh Fund and from the information obtained as far as practicable from Action Committees. I certify that this Statement is in agreement with the books and records of the Bangladesh Fund. In my opinion, the annexed Statement gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Bangladesh Fund subject to the reservations made in Schedule Nol. I also certify that the expenses incurred were within the terms of the Trust. I am thankful to Mr. M. A. L. Matin, Director of Audit and Accounts, Bangladesh High Commission in the U.
