As it is observed that recruitments have been made without prior authority from this Directorate, in violation of this office instructions No. YTC/123, dt. 25.8.71 regarding recruitment of youths from the Youth Reception Camps and Youth Training Camps, it is further reminded that in future no recruitment shall be made without a Recruiting Team authorized by the Recruitment Co-ordinator. It is further clarified that in future all recruitments, viz. in Bangladesh regular forces, Guerilla forces etc. shall be made from the Youth Training Camps only and the Director Training is requested not to allow such recruitment by any person other than as authorized above.
