It is not difficult to foresee a repetition of the 1942 Bengali famine, as dependant on human achievement as that one was. Today's attitude of the press and B.B.C. broadcasts has been to ignore the effects of the army's actions on the basic needs of the bulk of the people of that country. -April 7, 1971.
