Bengalis, are putting up against their oppressors. The fact, however, is that this resistance, is organized by the East Pakistanis themselves, and they are determined to fight for their survival and for their human rights. Nothing that the Government of India can or cannot do will change this process. The only way this can be changed is by political accommodation between the oppressor and the oppressed, I regret to say I did not see a single word in the Pakistan delegation's speech to encourage this.
