ஒப்பு বাংলাদেশ গেজেট, অতিরিক্স জনয়ার ৩, ১৯৮৯ ARTICLE 50 TERMINATION I. This Conyention shall remain in force until terminated by a State. Either State may terminate the Convention, through diplomatic channels, by giving notice of termination at least six months before the end of any calendar year after the year 1987. In such event, the Convention shall cease to have Effect : (a) in Bangladesh : (i) as regards taxes withheld at source, to amounts payable after the 31st December of the calendar year during which the termination has been notified; (ii) as regards other taxes on income, to income derive during the fiscal year beginning during the calendar year next following that during which the termination has been notified or relating to the accounting period ending during this year; (h) in France: (i) as regards taxes withheld as source, to amounts payable after the 31st of December of the calendar year during which the termination has been notified: (ii) as regards other taxes on income, to income derived during the calendar year next following that during which the termination has been notified or relating to the accounting period ending during this year: In WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, duly authorized thereto, have signed this Convention.
