PURsUANT 1o Ac t No. xxvII. of 1841. Continued from February 4, 1845. NOTICE is hereby given, that in the event of no claim being established to the unclaimed Dividends herounder mentioned and which were paid into the hands of the Accountant-General and Sub-Treasurer of the East India Company, with the privity of the Accountant-General of the Insolvent Court, pursuant to the above Act under the orders of the said Court, bearing date the 6th day of January, 1838, or any part thereof as particularized hereunder within 12 months from this date, such Dividends will be distributed among such of the Creditors of the respective lusolvent Estates as shall have established their claims against such Estates respectively, and an order will be obtained to have such claims, the Dividends upon which remain uitlaluled at the expiratio of the time above mentioned, expunged from the respective Schedules.
