( 3 x * NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order of the said Court the matters of the petition of PHILLlp RUSSELL MOSS, formerly of Fairly Place, in the town of Calcutta, merchant and trader, carrying on business, then under the Style of Moss and Brothers, late of Konderdine's Lane, in the said town of Calcutta, inhabitant, and now a prisoner for debt confined in the Common Gaol of Calcutta, seeking the benefit of the Act of the Ninth year of the Reign of His late Majesty George the Fourth, entitled an Act to provide for the Relief of Insolvent debtors in the Fast Indies, &c. are appointed to be heard by the said Court, on Saturday the 3d day of May next. The names of the Creditors of the said PHILLIP RUSSELL MOSS, appear in a Schedule filed with his said petition in the office of the Chief Clerk of the said Court, to which any Creditor may refer MARKH ALL AND WALLER, Ansolvent's Attornies.
