NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order of the said Court, the matters of the Petition of .PUNNABLOLL JOHORY, sued by the name of Pannablell Jowroy, late of Barra-Bazar, Punchanuntollah, in the Town of Calcutta, Merchant and Trader, and now a Prisoner for Debt in the Common Jail of Calcutta, seeking the benefit of the Act of the ninth year of the Reign of his late Majesty Kung George the Fourth, entitled an Actáo provide for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, in the East Indies, are appointed to be heard in the said Court, on Wednesday, the 1st day of October next.
