In the matter of the Petition of William Fairlie Clauk, William Melville, John Gilmore, and WilI am I riderick I ergusson, Iusolvent Debtors. 尊 NOTICE is hereby givon, that at the expuration of que year from the date of this advertisement, in pplit ution will be made to the Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors at Calcutta, pursuant to the Ac t N o XXV II of 1841%r an Order, that the Accountaut-General of the East India Company, with the Accountant-General of the said Court, do repay to the Assignee of the Estate and Effects of the abov tuamed Insolvents, the balance which shall then he in the hands of the first-mentioned Accountant(a neral of the unclaimed Divideuds, which were paid to him under an order of the said Court, bearing date the Foulth day of January 1%, 10, and the stud unt lamed Dividends, when so repaid as aforesaid, be redistributed pursuant to the pio isions of the said Act No XXVII of 1841, passed by the Right Homourable the Governor-Genelul of India in Council.
