In the matter of James Calder, George James Gordon, and John Storm, Insolvents— NOTI('E is hereby given, that at the expiration of one year from the date of this advertisement, an application will be made to the Court for the Relicf of Insolvent Debtors at Calcutta, pursuant to the Act No. XXVII. of 1841, of the Legislative Council of India, for an Order that the Accountant-General of the East India Company, with the privity of the Accountant-General of the said Court, do repay to the Assignee of the Estate and Effects of the abovenamed Insolvents, the balance of the amount of the un dermentioned unclaimed I)ividends, which shall then be in the hands of the said Accountant-General of the East India ('ompany, and which were paid into said Court, under an order thereof beariug date the fourth day of July 1° 10, and that the said amou.it of unclaimed Dividends, when so repaid as aforesaid, be distributed pursuant to the provisions of the said Act, anong such of the Creditors of the abovenamed Insolvents as shall have established their lespective claims against the said Estate. The following is a Statement containing the names and descriptions (as contained in the Schedule of the said Insolvents,) of all parties in respect of whose claims the said undermentioned unclaimed Dividends were reserved, together with the amounts of such claims respectively, and also shewing whether any former Dividend or Dividends has or have been paid, or proof made in respect thereof respectively, as is required by the aforesaid Act. മ്മബജബ _. oss soo க_:
