An Act regardina Lands warned from the Sea or from Rırt ry by allurion or dereliction I It is hereby ena ted that all the liegulations and Laws of tht ß ng il Code which preseribe the cuurse to be followed in the Resumption of Lands guned Iron the Sea or from Rivers, by alluvion or dereliction, ate repealed. II. And it is hereby enacted, that after the expiration of ten years from the date of the passing of this Aut, it shall be lawful for the Governor of lieugal, in all Zillahs and Districts, of which a Revenue Survey may have been completed and approved, and in no other, to direct an enquiry to bo made by Officers appointed for that purpose, into the condition of the Lands on the bauks of Rivers, and on the shores of the Sea. in order to ascertain the hanges that may have taken place (if the same since the date of the Survey and to currect the Maph accordingly.
