( טיל נ ) discounting Bills and Promissary Notes not having a longer period to run than four mouths from the time of discounting the same respectively and also in lending money on the Security of personal property for any period not exceeding four months, or in cash accounts to persons depositing undoubted Security such accounts to be settled at the end of every three months and ın all other branches of ! usiness usually transacted by Bankers in Calcutta, and by which said Deed or Agreement it was and is further provided that the Capital Stock and Fund of the said Company should amount to the sum of 10 00 000 of Company s loupees with cer tain provisos for increasing the same when and if it should be deemed expedient And whereas dıfficultıes have arısen and may hereafter arıse ın recovering del to and momes due to the said Com pany called The Union Bank of Calcutta and in juaintaining actions for damages done to the same ( ompany or to the property of the said Union Hank since by law all the Members for the time being of the said Company must be named in every action or suit carried on for such purpose And whereas it would be convenient that persons liav ing demands against the said Company should be entitled to sue one of the two ()fhcers hereinafter mentioned or described in that behalf therefore for obviating and removing the difficulties aforesaid— It is hereby enacted that from and after the pass ing of this Act all actions suits and other proceed ings whatsoever at I aw or in Equity for any injury or wrong done to any real or personal property of the said Union Bank in whomsoever the same may for the time being he vested whether in the said Company or in some person or persons in trust for the said Company or upon or in respect of any pre sent liability or liabilities to the said Union Bank ir to any person or persons in trust for the sand Union Bank or upon any bonds Covenants Con tracts or Agreements which already have been or hereafter shall be given or entered into with the said Company or to or with any person or persons whomsoever in trust for the said Union bank or wherein the said Union Bank is or shall be inter ested and also all instruments and petitions to found any adjudication of Insolvency in any Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors against any person or persons indebted to the said Union Bank and liable to have bet n made Insolvent by the Laws now or at any tıme hure after ın force relat ing to Insolvents in the last Indies and generally all other proceedings whatsoever at Law or in Equity to be comunenced instituted or carried on by or ou behalf of the said Union Bank or whereum the said Unio a Bank is or shall be concerned or interested against any person or persons body or bodies politic or corporate झडेबिग्नन य7ाएकरू किया ऊँख इडेनिग्नम दmicडद ऎझे সম্পৰ্কীয় ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তিরাদেব বর্তমান সময়ে অন্যেৰ উপব যে দাওয়া বা দাওয়াসকল থাকে তদ্বিষয়ি অথবn উক্ত কোম্পানিৰ সঙ্গে অথবা উক্ত ইউনিয়ন ব্যাঙ্কের টুষ্টস্কপ কোন ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তিরদের সঙ্গে যে কোন বগু ব। নিয়মপত্র কি চুক্তিপত্র বা একবাবনাম এক্ষণে থাকে ব। উদ্ভব কালে হয় অথবা যে সকল বগুপ্রভৃতিতে উক্ত ইউনিয়ন ব্যাঙ্কেব ক্ষতিবৃদ্ধি আছে সেই সকল বিষয়েৰ সকল নালিশ ও মোকদ্দমা ও আইন পক্ষে বা একুটি পক্ষে সকলপ্রকাৰ কাৰ্য্য এবং যে ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তির। উক্ত ইউনিয়ন ব্যাঙ্কের টাকা ধাবেন এথA ভাবভবর্ষের যোত্রহীনেব বিষয়ে এক্ষণে বা উত্তৰ কালে চলিত আইনের দ্বাবা যোত্রহীন হটতে পাবেন সেই ব্যক্তিৰ বা ব্যক্তি দিগেব যোত্রহীন ঋণিরদের উপকারার্থ আদালতে যোত্রহীনতা ধাৰ্য্য করণার্থ সকল দলীল এবং দরখান্ত ও সামান্যতঃ আইন পক্ষে অথবা একুটি পক্ষে যে সকল कार्थी डेक्क
