তাহারদের পক্ষে সেক্রেটাবী বা কোন কর্মকাবকেৰ সষ্ঠী থাকিলে হুইবেক ইতি । ১ ধাব। এব ইহাতে হুকুম হইল যে বন্দোবন্ধ পত্রে উক্ত প্ৰকাৰে যদি সন্থী না হয় এবং যে স্থানে বা ঞ্জিলায় সহঁী হয় সেই স্থান বা জিলার প্রধান মাঞ্জিস্ট্রেট সাহেবের দফুরে যদি ৰেজিষ্টৰী না হয় তবে অথবা আপ্রেটিস সমদীয কর্মেব নিমিত্ত্বে বন্ধ হইলে যে বন্দৰে ঐ আপ্রেটিস কর্মে ভৰ্ত্তি হইবেক সেই বন্দৰে যদি জাহাঙ্গাদিব বেজিস্টরী কৰণার্থ ১৮৪১
