A C T S TORT WII I IAM HOME, DLPARTMI NT ILLGISLATIVI Тнк 5тн Dксьмввв 1846 I he following Act is passed by the Hon ble the l’resident of the Council of India in Council on the oth of December 1846 with the assent of the Right Hon ble the Governor General of India, which has been read and recorded Ordered, that the Act be promulgated for gene ral information, ACT NO VI oF 1846 An Act for the more convenient administration of the Grovernment of the Country called the Bhuttee I'erritory Whereas much inconvenience has resulted from maintaining as a part of the Delhi Division the large and thinly peopled tract of Country called the Bhuttee Territory extending from the borders of the Hissar District to the Ghana or Sutlege I It is hereby enacted that from and after the I irst day of January 1847 the provisions of Re gulation V of 1832 of the Bengal Code shall cease to have effect in the said Bhuttee Territory consisting of the following Pergunnahs Durbah Sursa Raneeah Goodah Mullout Wuttoo II And it is hereby enacted that from and after the said day the administration of Civil and Cruminal Justice the Superintendence of the police and the Collection and Superintendence of the Revenues of every description within the said [Government Gazette 15th December, 1846 J | ੱਕ। ফোর্ট উলিয়ম । দেশীয় ডিপার্টমেন্ট । লেজিসঙ্গেটিব । ইঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪৬ সাল ৫ ডিসেম্বর। ভাৰতবর্ষেক প্রযুত গবরনর জেনৰল বাহাদুবেষ সমতিক্রমে পশ্চাৎ লিখিত আইন ১৮৪৬ সালের ৫ ডিসেম্বৰ তাৰিখে ভাৰতবর্ষের কৌন্সেলেৰ গ্ৰীযুত অনব বিল প্রসীডেন্ট সাহেব হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে জারী কবিলেন । খ্ৰীযুত গবরনর জেনৰল বাহাদুবেৰ ঐ সমতিপত্র পাঠ হইয়া কৌন্সেলেৰ বঙ্গীতে অপণ হইয়াছে । হুকুম হইল যে এই আইন সৰ্ব্ব সাধাৰণ লোককে জ্ঞা নাইবাব নিমিত্ত্বে প্রকাশ হয় । ৮ টঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪৬ সাল ৬ আইন। ভটি প্রদেশনামে বিখ্যাত দেশেৰ ৰাজশাসনের পূর্ব পেক্ষা উৰম নিয়ম কবণেব আইন । | যেহেতুক হিসার জিলাৰ সীমাঅবধি খান অর্থাৎ শতক্ৰ নদপৰ্য্যন্ত ভট্রিনামে প্রসিদ্ধ অতিবিস্তাবিত অথচ অল্প প্রজাবিশিষ্ট প্রদেশ দিল্লীব এলাকাভক্ত থাকাতে অনেক ফ্রেশ জন্মিয়াছে । २ ४ांदा । अऊ4द ईश८ङ छकूय होईल ८श v8१ সালেব জানুআৰি মাসেব ১ তারিখ অবধি এবং তাহাব পৰ বাঙ্গলা দেশেষ চলিত ১৮৩২ সালের ৫ মাইনের বিধি উক্ত ভট্টি প্রদেশে অাৰ চলন হইবেক না । এ ভটি প্রদেশের মধ্যে এই ২ পবগন আছে । দবমণ শেৱসা বাfiয়া $两T মলেট উঅটু ২ ধার। এবং ইহাতে হুকুম হইল যে পূৰ্ব্বে’ক্ত ভ বিখঅবধি এবং তাছার পর ভাৰতবর্ষেৰ যুত গবরনর জেনরল বাহাদুর ছন্নুর কৌন্সেলে যে এজেন্টকে নিযুক্ত করেন সেই এজেটের প্রতি উক্ত প্রদেশের মধ্যে দেওয়ারী ও ফৌজদাষী আদালতেব কর্ম এব পোলীসব উত্তর
