( १४१ ) TORT WILLIAM HOME DEPARTMENT, I.EGISLATIVE, Тни 19ти Dксвмввв 1846 The following Draft of a proposed Act was read in Counoil for the firat ume on the 19th of Decem ber 1846 Act No — of 1846 An Act for repealing the Law which authorizes the imposition offines on Moonsiffs and Sudder А тевта Whereas it was enacted, by Clause 3 Section 9 Regulation XXIII of 181 4 of the Bengal Code that in cases of misconduct and neglect of duty which might not be of a nature to require the suspen sion or dismissal of a Moonsiff from his office, the Judge should be authorized to impose on the Moonsiff a fine not exceeding Twenty Rupees in amount and that the order of the Judge in such case should be final And whereas by Section 67 of the said Regula tion the provision above recitcd was declared aulongst other things to be applicable to the office of Sudder Ameens, as well as to that of Moon sıfs And whereas the provision above recited is no longer adapted to Moonsiffs and Sudder Ameens in the more elevated Judicial position which they now occupy It is therefore hereby enacted that Clause 3 $octiom 0 Regulation XXIII of 1814 and Section 67 of the said Itegulation so far as it declares the sud Clause to be applicable to Suddur Ameens, are repealed Ordered that the Draft now read be published for guneral information Ordered that the said Draft be re considered at the first meeting of the I egislative Council of India aftur the 19th day of February next G A BUBIIDY Secy to the Govt. of India. - so-o- - -جمعیت جسمی G, IRCULAR ORDERS OR THE SUID DER BOARD OF REVENUE No 28 P, om the Offictatung Secretary to the Sudder Board of Revenue to the Commissioner of Re venut for the Division of I am directed by the Sudder Board of Revenue to request that you will direct measures to be taken on the abolition of an office in your Diviston, whether of an Uncovenanted Deputy Collec tor or other functionary, to stop the Official Gazetto supplied to such office (Signed) Sudder Board of Revenue, kort William the 26th November 1846 [Government Gazette, 29th December, 1846] G PLowDEN Offg Secretary . ফোর্ট উলিয়ম। দেশীয় ডিপার্টমেন্ট । লেজিসলেটিব । ইঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪৬ সাল ১৯ ডিসেম্বৰ । প্রভাবিত আইনের নীচেৰ লিখিত মুসাবিদ। ইজৰেঞ্জী ১৮৪১ সাল্লের ২৯ ডিসেম্বর তাৰিখে হস্তুর কৌন্সেলে প্রথমৰায় পাঠ করা গেল। ইঙ্গরেঞ্জী ১৮৪৬ সাল—আকষ্ট । যে আইনের দ্বারা মুনসেফ ও সদৰ আমীণেরদেৰ জৰী মান কবণেব ক্ষমতা দেওয়। গিয়াছে তাহ1 রদ কবগেৰ दिश्वग्नि छtäम । যেহেতুক বাঙ্গল দেশের চলিত ১৮১৪ সালেৰ ২৩ আইনেৰ ৯ ধারাব ও প্রকরণে হুকুম আছে যে মুন সেফেবদিগহইতে আপন ২ ভাবেৰ কর্ম নিৰ্ব্বাহ করণের মধ্যে কর্মহইতে ভগীৰ কি সসেপগু না হটতে পাৰিষাৰ মত আবহ প্রকবি বিরুদ্ধাচরণ ও শৈথিল্য হইলে জঞ্জ সাহেবেৰ ক্ষমতা আছে যে ২ ১ কুড়ি টাকাব অধিক না হয় এমত জসীমানা তাহাবদিগেব স্থানে লন ও এমড ১ গতিকেৰ বিষয়েতে সঙ্গ সাহেব যে হুকুম দিৰেন তাহাই ফুৰ হইবেক । এবং যেহেতুক ঐ আইনেৰ ৬৭ ধাবানুসাবে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ঐ বিধান যেমন মুনসেফেৰ বিষয়ে থাটে তেমনি সদৰ আমীনেব বিষযেও খাটিবার হুকুম হইয় छूिळ । এবং যেহেতুক দেব ও সদৰ আৰ্মীনেত্রদেৰ পূৰ্ব্বাপেক্ষ বিচাৰকৰণসম্পৰ্কীয় যে উচ্চ পদ এক্ষণে হই য়াছে তস্কৃষ্টে ঐ বিধি র্তাহাৰদেৰ বিষয়ে উপযুক্তমতে আষ না থাটে । অতএব ইহাতে হুকুম হইল যে ১৮১৪ সালের ২৩ অfইনেৰ ৯ ধাৰায় ৩ প্রকবণ এবং ঐ আইনের ৬৭ ধাবাব যে ভাগে লেখে যে ঐ নিয়ম সদর আমীনেৰ বিষয়ে খাটে তাহাও রদ হইল । হুকুম হইল যে এক্ষণে পাঠকৰা মুসাসিদা সৰ্ব্ব সাধ বণ লোককে জানাষ্টবাব নিমিয়ে প্রকাশ হয় । হুকুম হইল যে আগামি ১৯ ফেব্রুজারি তারিখের পর ভারতবর্ষের ব্যবস্থাপক কৌন্সেলেব যে প্রথম বৈঠক কয় তাহাতে এষ্ট মুসাবিদ পুনৰায় বিবেচনা করা যায়। জি এ বুশবি। ভাবতবর্ষেব গবৰ্ণমেণ্টের সেক্রেটারী। JoHN C MAnsHMAN, Bengales Translator _. |_ সদর বোর্ড রেৰিনিউর সরকুলের অর্জব। २9” नरश्चय । অমুক এলাকার রাজৰের প্রযুত কমিস্যনর সাহেবেন্ধ প্রতি সদৰ বোর্ড বেবিনিউব যুক্ত একটি সেক্রে টাবী সাহেবের পত্ৰ । সদৰ বোর্ড রেবিনিউর হুকুমকমে আদেশ করিভেক্তি ষে তোমার এলাকাষ মধ্যে কোন পদ অর্থাৎ অচিকিত্ত ডেপুটী কালেকটরের কিম্ব অন্য কোন কাৰ্য্যকারকেৰ পদ বছিত হইলে সেই সিরিশতায় যে গবৰ্ণমেণ্ট গেজেট পাঠান যায় তাহাও বছিত কবণের হুকুম কর । छि cश्लोरछम । একটি৭ সেক্রেটারী । সদৰ বোর্ড বেৰিনিউ। ফোর্ট উলিয়ম। ১৮৪৬ ৷৷ ২৬ নবেম্বর ।
