The different sharers had purchased and were still purchasing their undel-tenants' Jotes, and it became a question, whether the manager was to make the collections of these Jotes fi om the Ityots settled om or cultivating the lands, or tro in the puu ollaser of the Jote. The Collector having passed his orders, the pe. titioner appealed to the Itevenue Counissioner, by whom ho was referred to the Judge, who con firined the Collector's orders and lience this apÞeal.
