NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order of the said Court, ímade on the seventh day of September, 1847, the matters of the Petition of WILLIAM SCOTT, sued by the name of W. Scott, late and now of old IIurrin Barree Lane, in the Town of Calcutta, Inhabitant, late a dealer in hides, and late a prisoner confined in the Common Gaol of Calcutta, seeking the benefit of the Act of the ninth year of the Reign of his late Majesty George the Fourth, entitled an Act to provide for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in the East Indies, &c. are appointed to be heard in the said Court, on Saturday, the sixth day of November next. The names of the creditors of the said WILLIAM SCOTT appear in a Schedule filed with his said Petition in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the said Court, to which any creditor may refer.
