By an order of this Court, made on the 12th October instant, the matters of the Petition of LOUIS PINELLI, formerly of Pollock Street, then of Doomtollah, afterwards of Rada Bazar, subsequently of Intally, then of Howrah and now of Ballygunge, a Trader and Broker, and late a prisoner confined for debt in the Jail of Calcutta, seeking the benefit of the Act 9th George IV. entitled-an Act to provide for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in the East Indies, are appointed to be heard on Saturday, 4th Decem her next.
