( 8 כל ) XI The Administrator General shall, twioe ın every year, that ıs, on the Fırst day of March and on the Tenth day of August, or on the First day on which the said Court shall be sitting after those days, exhibit and deliver, in open Court, a true Schedule, shewing the gross amount of all sums of money received or paid by him, on ac count of each Estate in his charge, and the balances, during the period of six months ending severally on the Thirty first day of December and Thutieth day of June next before the day of deliverin-, such Schedule, and a true list of all Bonds or othel Se curities received on account of ench of the said Estates during the same period , and also a true Schedule of all Administrations whereof the final balances shall have been paid over to the persons entitled to the same, during the same period, speoutying the amount of such balances, and the per sons to whom paid , which Schedules suall be filed of record in the said Court, and shall, within foul teen days afterwards, be published in the Calcutta Gazette by the said Administrator General and copies thereot in triplicate shall be de livered to the Secretary of the said Presidency, and sent by the Governor of the said Presidency to the Court of Directors of the E, ist India Company foi publi cation in the London Gazette ΧΙΙ cil, shill, from time to time, uppoint an Auditor or The Gov crnor General of India in Coun Auditors to exatnute tho Ao ounts of the Administı ator Gener il at the tımd of the dolli voi y of the said St he dules, and also at any other time when the Governor General of India in Council shall think fit XIII The Auditor or Auditors shall ex umine the Schedules and accounts, and report to the said Governor General of India in Council whether they contain a full and true account of Lvery thing which ought to be inseited there in, and whether the Books, by this Act directed to be kept by the Administrator General, are duly and regularly kept, and whether the Assets are duly kept and invested in such manner as is by Law prescribed XIV Every Auditor shall have power to summon as well the Administrator General as any other person or persons whose presence he may think necessary to attend him from time to time, and to examine the Administrator Greneral or other party or parties it he shall think fit on Oath oi Solemn Affirmation to be by him administered, and to call for all looks, Papers and Documents whmuh muy appeur to him to be necessal y for the purposes of the said reference and if the Administrator General, or other person or persons when summoned, shall refuse or without reasonable cause neglect to attend, or to produce nay Books, Papers or Rocuments required, or shall attend and refuse to be sworn or make a Solemn Affirmation when ১১ এক সভ্য ফিবিন্তি দেখাইবেন ও দাখিল কবিবেন এবং ঐ সময়ে যে২ ইষ্টেটেৰ বাকী টাকা তিনি সেই ১ টাকাপা ওনিয়া ব্যক্রিবদিগকে চূড়ান্তকপে দিয়াছেন তাহাবে সত্য তফসীল দেখাইবেন ও দাখিল কৰিবেন এবং তfহাতে ঐ সকল বাকী টাকাব সংখ্যা ও যে২ ব্যক্তিকে তাহা দেওয়া গিয়াছে তহিবি বে ওবা লেখা থাকিবেক এবং ঐ২ তফসীল ঐ আদালভেব বেtযদাদের মধ্যে বিকার্ডস্বরূপ দাখিল হইবেক তৎপবে চৌদ্দ দিবসের মধ্যে ঐ অডিমিনিষ্ট্রেটব জেনবল সাহেব তাক কলিকাতা গেজেটে প্রকাশ কবিবেন এবং আবে তাকবি তিন ১ প্রস্থ নকল কবিঘা ঐ বঞ্জিধানীৰ সেক্রেটাবী সাহেবের নিকটে দাখিল কব৷ যাইবেক এল৭ ঐ বাজধানীব শ্ৰীযুত গবরনর সাহেব তাহ লণ্ডন গেঞ্জেটে প্রকাশ শবিবাব নিমিত্ত্বে আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ জেনবল সাহেবেব হিসাব তঞ্জীজ কবিবাব নিমিত্তে ভাৰতবর্ষেব ঐযুত গবরনর ঞ্জেনবল বাহদূৰ হ গুৰ কৌন্সেলে এক কি ওতোধিক আডিট বকে সমযে২ নিযুক্ত কবিবেন ইতি । ১৩ খাব । ঐ আডিটৰ সাহেল কি সাহেৰেবা ঐ এবং এই আইনেব দ্বাৰা উক্ৰ অডিমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ জেনবল সাহেবেব যে২ বৰ্হী বাখণেব হুকুম আছে সেই২ বৰ্হী উপযুক্তমতে ও বীতিমতে বাখ গি য়াছে কি না এবং ঐ সম্পত্তি বাখণ এবং অপণ কবণেব বিষয়ে আইনে যে প্রকাব হুকুম আছে
