সাহেবের জfবা সেইরূপ অfর কোন টাকা দেওয মাই• বে ক না । কিন্তু ঐ খালাসী যে ব্যক্তিকে টাকা লইতে নিযুক্ত কবিযাছিল সেই ব্যক্তিকে ৰেজিষ্ট্রার সাহেব যে টাক নিতান্ত দিয়াছেন তাহ ঐ খালাসীৰ মৃত্যু বা পলাTন অথবা তগীব হ গুনেঙে ফিবিয়া পাইবাব দাওয়৷ হইতে পাবিশ্লেক না ষ্টভি । ৯ বাবা । এষ্টকপ সকল বসীদ ও দে ৫ম টাকা এক বছীব মধ্যে লেখা যাইবেক এবং ঐ বছীৰ মধ্যে ষে কিছু লেখা যায় তাহ প্রমাণ হওনার্থে বেজিস্ট্রাব সাহেব সাক্ষিয়কপ আপনাব নাম লেখেন তখন ঐ সাহেব যে ২ নিয়মক্রমে খালাসী চাকৰী কবণেব সময়ে আপন২ পবিবাবে বদিগকে তাহ বিদেব মাছিয়ানার কতক ভাগ অর্পণ কৰিতে পারে তাহ ঐ২ খালাসীকে বুঝাইয়া দিবেন এবং বেজিস্ট্রাব সাহেবের কৰ্ত্তব্য যে বন্দবহইতে যত খালাসী যfয় তাহfরদিগকে বিশেষরূপে ডাতি কবেন ষে তfচাবা চাছিলে পূৰ্ব্বোক্ৰমতে তাহাবদের মহিয়ানার এক ভাগ তাহাৰ অৰ্পণ কৰিতে পাবে ইতি । ১১ বাবা । ঐরুপ প্রত্যেক জাহাজেৰ অধ্যক্ষ রেজিষ্টীব বন্দবহইতে গমনের পূৰ্ব্বে আপ্রেপ্টিসসমেত ঐ বন্দৰে তিনি যত খালাসাঁকে আপন জাহাজে নিযুক্ত করিয়াছেন তাহবিদেব নামেব এব^ তাহ1রদের মাছিয়ামার এব^ এই অষ্টিনেব শেষেৰ লিখিত B চিহ্নিত তফসীলের নির্দিষ্ট পাঠানুসাবে অথবা সময়ক্রমে ভারতবর্ষের যুক্ত গবরনর জেনবল বাহাদুর হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে অন্য যে পাঠ নির্দিষ্ট কৰেম তদনুসাবে লিখিত তাহবিদের রেজিষ্টরী টিকিটেব নম্বর এক ফর্দে লিখিয়া এবং তাচাত্তে দস্তখ৭ করিয় তাহ বেজিস্ট্রাব সাহেবকে দিবেন। এবং ঐ জাহাঙ্গের অধ্যক্ষ যদি ঐ বন্দরে কোন খালাসীকে নিযুক্ত না করিয়া থাকেন তবে তিনি সেই কথা এক সর্টিফিকটেৰ মধ্যে লিথিয় তাহাতে দস্তখং কবিeেন এবং তাহ রেজিস্ট্রায় সাহেবকে দিবেন। এবং বেজিস্ট্রাব সাহেব ঐ ফৰ্দ্দ অথবা ঐ সর্টিফিকট পাইলে এবং ভহিবি সত্যতার বিষয়ে তাহাব হৃদ্ধোধ হইলে তিনি ঐ জাহাজের অধ্যক্ষকে আপনার দস্তখৎকৰা এইমও এক সর্টিফিক্টট দিবেন ८ग में जांशftङद श्रथTत्र
