( २ve ) XI. There aball be a Clerk for every Court holden under this Act, whom the Judges of the Court shall appoint, subject to the approval of the Governor in Council, and may remove, subject to the like approval #, XII The Clerk of each Court shall issue all Summonses, Warrants, Precepts and Writs of Execution, and register all Orders and Judgments of the Court, and keep an account of all proceed ings of the Court, and shall take charge of, and keep an account of all Court Fees, and Fines pay able or paid into Court, and of all Monies paid in to, and out of Court, and shall enter an account of all such Fees, Fines, and Monies in a book belonging to the Coult, to be kept by him for that purpost, and shall monthly, or at such other times as shall be directed by the Governor in Council, sub mit his accounts to be audited or settled in such manner as the Governor in Council, from time to time, shall direct XIII. The Judges of every such Court shall, from time to time appoint a sufficient number of persons to be lailiffs of the Court, not exceeding the number, f1om time to tiine, allowed by the Governor in Council, and may at their pleasure suspend or dismiss any Bulliff so appointed XIV The Bailiffs shall attend every sitting of the Court, for such time as shall be required by the Judges, and shall serve all the Sumnonses and Orders, and execute all the Warrants, Prevepts, and Writs, issued out of the Court, and shall, in the execution of their duties, conform to all such general Rules as shall bu, from time to time, made for regulating the proceedings of the Court XV Fvery Clerk, or other Officer of any such Court, who shall be, by himself or by any partner, or ın any way, dırectly or ındırcctly, concerne l as Attorney, Vaketil or Agent for amy pırty ın any procerding in the sud Court, shall forfeit and pay the sum of Five Hundred Rupees, to any person who shall sue for the same in the Supreme Court by action of debt or on the case . XVI The Cleik and Bailiffs shall give seeu rity for such sum, and in such manner and form, as the Governor in Council, from time to tune, shall order, for the due performance of their several offices, and for the due accounting for and payment of all Monies received by them under this Act, or which they may become liable to pay for any misbehaviour in their office XVII There shall be payable in the Courts | [Government Gazette, 5th June, 1849 ) २२ थांद्रा । ** चाइनानूनारद ८ष eटछाल च्यानলভ স্থাপন হয় তাহাতে এক জন ক্লার্ক সাহেব থাকিবেন ७द९ बैंबूङ भदड़बड़ जारश्रु श्बूद्र ८कोत्णप्लङ्ग अनुब-ि जरय बे यांनाजtउद्र अछ नारश्tबद्रा उँiशरख निघूस कब्रिcरुन ७द९ बै जीबूप्ङङ्ग अनूयाँउ लsग्ना डैीशप्क उभौद কবিতে পারেন ষ্ট্ৰতি । ১২ ধাৰা। প্রত্যেক আদালতেব ক্লার্ক সাহেব সকল সমন ও ওয়াবট ও প্রিসেপ্ট ও ডিক্ৰী জার্থীর পবওয়নি। দিবেন এবং আদালতের সকল হুকুম ও ডিক্ৰী রেজিষ্টী কবিবেন এবং আদালতের সকল কার্ষ্যের বিবৰণ लिश्विहा दाथिtदम अद९ च्ञानांलएउद नकल द्रनूभ ७द९ खप्रांफ्रांलग्लङय घटक्षT cश जकल डाङ्गीयांमl cमग्न एप्त पञ४द1 আদালতহইতে দেওয়া যায় এবং যে সকল টাকা खाम लिएङ फ्रोशिश हङ्ग द। डाक्रिोध्नछक्ष्हे८ङ बोझिङ्ग कङ्गा যায় তাহ। ঐ ক্লার্ক সাহেবের জিমায় থাকিবেক এবং তিনি তাহাব হিসাব রাখিবেন এবং সেই সকল বসুম ও জবীমান ও টাকাৰ হিসাব আদালতেৰ যে এক বন্ধী তিনি তন্নিমিত্ত্বে বাখেন সেই বছীৰ মধ্যে জুলিবেন এবং মাসে২ অথবা অন্য যে২ সময় ইযুত গবরনর লাহেব হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে নির্দিষ্ট কৰেন সেই সময়ে খ্ৰীযুত গবয়নর সাহেব হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে ঘেকপ নিয়ম কৰেন সেক্টরুপে ঐ হিসাব বিবেচনা অথবা নিষ্কপত্তি হওনের জন্যে দৰপেশ কৰিবেন ইতি । ১৩ ধবি । ঐকপ প্রত্যেক আদালত্তেৰ জজ সাঁছেহেব সমসক্রমে যজ্ঞ ব্যক্তিব অবিশ্যক হয় তত ব্যক্তিকে আদালতেব বেইলিফঁী কর্মে নিযুক্ত কৰিবেন কিন্তু জযুভ গবরনর সাহেব হজুৰ কোসেলে সময়ক্রমে যত বেইলিফেৰ হুকুম কবেন তদপেক্ষ। অধিক ব্যক্তি নিযুক্ত হইবেক না । এবং ঐ wজ সাহেবে বা আপনারদের বিবেচনামতে এইম ও নিযুক্ত কোন বেষ্টলিফকে সসপেণ্ড অথবা তগীর কবিতে পারেন ইতি । ১৪ ধাবা । ঐ বেইলিফ জজ সাহেবের যন্ত কাল নিরুপণ কবেন তত কাল আদালতের প্রত্যেক বৈঠকে হাfঙ্গৰ হইবেক এবং আদাসচহইত্তে যে সকল সমম ও হুকুম দেওয়া যায় এবং যে সকল ওয়াৰণ্ট ও প্রিসেপ্ট ও বিট অর্থাৎ পরওয়ান বাহিব হয় তাহ! জাস্ত্ৰী কৰিবেক এবং ঐ২ কার্ষ্য নিৰ্ব্বাহ কৰণে আদালজেব কার্য্যেৰ ৰীতিৰ নিয়মেব জন্যে সময়ক্রমে যে সকল সাধারণ বিধি হয় তদনুসাবে কাৰ্য্য কৰিবেক ইতি । ১৫ ধাবা । উক্ত অদিলিভের কোন ক্লার্ক সাহেব অথষ। অন্য কর্মকাবক যদি আপনি অথবা আপনার কোম বগবাদাবের ছবি সপষ্টকপে বা অসপষ্টরূপে কোন প্রকাবে ঐ আদালতে উপস্থিত কোন কার্য্যে কোন ব্যক্তিব জন্যে আটণি অথবা উকীল কি মোখায়েৰ ন্যায কার্য্য কবেন তলে যে কোন ব্যক্তি কর্ডেব নালিশেঙে বা আইন উলঙ্ঘনের বিষযে র্তাহাব নামে সুপ্রিয় কোর্টে নালিশ কবে তাহাকে পাঁচ শত টাকা জৰীমানা দিবেক ইতি । ১৬ ধাৰা । ঐ ক্লার্ক সাহেব এবং বেইলিফ আপন২ পদের কার্য উপযুক্তকপে নিৰ্ব্বাহেব জন্যে এবং এই আইনক্রমে উাহাবা যে সকল টাকা পান তাহাৰ উপযুক্তমতে হিসাব দে এনেব জন্যে অথবা অাপমার পদোश्रज्ञश्च कृझिमाद दिशcष ८ग ऐाका ठाशदध्मद निदङ शब्द ८मड़े छेक निदाद ङrमा चैगूठ श्रादद्रमन नाएहद इब्रूय ८कोएन्जटल नयझझcम धङ प्लेको 8 cय बीडि 8 मिशः নির্দিষ্ট কবেন তত টাকাৰ জামিন ণ্ঠাহাৰ। সেই রীতি এবং নিয়মানুসারে দিবেন ইতি । ১৭ খাবা। এই আইনানুসারে স্থাপিত আদালতে 2 Ν 2
