( 8 as ) II. The age set forth in the Contract shall be conclusive evidence of the age of the child, in all questions which arise as to the right of the Master to the continuance of the service III. The Master or Commander of any Ship in which an Apprentice bound to the sea service shall be appointed to serve by the party to whom lie is bound, shall be deemed the Agent of such party for the purpose of this Act VII Every Contract of Apprenticeship shall be inoriting, according to the foim given in the Schedule (A) annexed to this Act, or to the like effect, which shall set forth the conditions agreed upon, particularly specifying the age of the Apprentice, the term for which he is bound, and what he is to be taught VIII Every such Contract shall be signed by the person to whom the Apprentice is bound, and by the person by whom he is bound, and by the Apprentice, when he is of the age of fourteen years or more at the time of binding , but when the Apprentice is bound by the Governors, Directors or Managers of a Public Charity, the signature of two of them, or of their Secretary or Oshcer, shall be sufficient on behalf of the persons binding the Apprentice IX No such Contract shall be valid unless ut be executed in the manner aforesaid, nor until it has been deposited in the Office & the Chief Magistrate of the Place or District where it has bulen executed, or if the Apprentice is bound to the Sea Service, in the Office of the person appointed an der Act X 1841 to make Registry of at the Port where the Apprentiae is to begin his servico , and thi persons in whose Office any such Contract is deposited shall give to each of the par [গৰণমেন্ট গেজেট । ১৮৪৯ । ১১ সেপ্টেম্বৰ ।] ২ ধারা । মনিব আপনাব ঐ আপ্রেটিসকে অপিনার সেবাতে বাখণেব স্বতের বিষয়ে যদি কোন বিবাদ হয় গুহে বন্দোবস্তুপত্রে ঐ বালকের যে বয়স নির্দিষ্ট থাকে তাহ ঐ বালকের বয়সেৰু বিষয়ে সম্পূর্ণ প্রমাণেব बTांग्न ख्ळांन इहै८बक इंङि । ৩ ধারা। যে অনাথ অথবা দৰিদ্র বালক ধর্মার্থীলয়ে প্রতিপালিত হয় সেই ধর্মালয়েৰ অধ্যক্ষ কি কৰ্ত্ত। বা সৰবৰাহকাৰ ভাস্থাৰ বক্ষকত্বকপ সেষ্ট নিমিৰে ঐ বালককে অাপ্রেণ্টিলী কর্মে বদ্ধ কৰিতে পাবেন ইতি । ৪ ধাৰা । কোম্পানি বাহাদুরেৰ শাসিত দেশেৰ মধ্যে ষে কোন বন্দব ১৮৪১ সালের ১ • আইনানুসাৰে বেজিষ্টীকৰণীষ বন্দৰেব ন্যায় নির্দিষ্ট হইয়াছে সেই বন্দরেব কিম্বা বাণিজ্যাথে ঐ বন্দবে গমনাগমনকাবি কোন বেঞ্জিষ্টীহ ওয জাহাজের এক বা ততোধিক মালিক শ্ৰীশ্ৰীমতী মহাবাণীব প্রজ্ঞা হটলে তাহাব বা তাহবিদের নিকটে এইমন্ত কোন বালক সমুদ্রীয় কর্মেব নিমিত্তে আপ্রেটিসকপে বদ্ধ হইতে পারে । এবং সেই জাহাজ সেই ব্যক্তিৰ সম্পক্তি হইলে এবং কোন ব্রিটনীয় প্রজা তাহাৰ অধ্যক্ষ হইলে ঐ বালক সেষ্ট জাহাঞ্জেনিযুক্ত হুইবেক এবং ত - হাতে নিযুক্ত থাকন সমযে তাছাকে নাবিকের ব্যবসা ও কার্য্য শিক্ষা দে ওয়া যাইবেক ইতি । * ৫ ধাবা । এই মত কোন বন্দবসম্পনীয় কোম্পানি বাহাদুৰেব যে কোন জাহাজে ব্রিটনীষ প্রজা অধ্যক্ষ হন সেই জাহাঙ্গে ঐকপ কোন বালক সমুদ্রীয় কর্মে সেক্টরূপ আপ্রেণ্টিসস্বকাপ বন্ধ হইতে পাবে। এবং তাহ হইলে ঐ বন্দোবস্তু ঐ বন্দৰেৰ মাষ্টব এটেণ্ডেণ্ট সাহেবের সঙ্গে অথবা এই নিমিত্তে কোম্পানি বাহাদুৰেব প্রতিনিধিস্বরূপ নিযুক্ত কোন কর্মকারকের সঙ্গে করা যাইবেক এবং যে জ্ঞাহাঞ্জে এ আপ্রেটিস সময়ক্রমে খাটিবেক তাহ1 ঐ কর্মকfবক নির্দিষ্ট কৰিবেন ইতি । . ৬ ধাবা । আপ্রেটিস যে ব্যক্তির নিকটে বন্ধ হয় সেই ব্যক্তি যে জাহাঙ্গে তাহাকে কর্ম কবণার্থে নিযুক্ত কৰেন সেই জাহাজেৰ অধ্যক্ষ অথবা মালিম এই অষ্টিনেৰ অভিপ্রায়েৰ নিমিত্তে সেই ব্যক্তিৰ এজেন্টেৰ ন্যায় জনি হইবেন ষ্টভি । ৭ ধাৰা । আপ্রেটিসেব প্রত্যেক বন্দোবস্তু লিখনের ছাৰা কৰা যাইবেক এব^ তাহা এই অষ্টিনেব শেষের লিখিত (A) চিহ্নিত ওফসীলেব পাঠানুসাৰে অথবা তাহাৰ অনুযামি কৰা যাইবেক । এবং তাহাৰ মধ্যে বন্দোবন্ধেব নিয়ম নির্দিষ্ট থাকিবেক এবং তাহাতে আপ্রেটিসেব বয়স্ এবং যে মিয়াদেব নিমিত্তে সেই বালক বদ্ধ হইষাছে তাহ এবং তাঁহাকে যাহ২ শিক্ষা করণি যাইবেক তাহা বিশেষরূপে বর্ণনা থাকিবেক ইতি । ৮ ধারা । এষ্টমত প্রত্যেক বন্দেবিন্ধপত্রে যে ব্যক্তিৰ নিকটে এবং যে ব্যক্তিব ছাব আপ্রেটিস বন্ধ হয় তাহাৰ দ্বাৰা এবং ঐ আপ্রেটিসেব বন্ধ হওনেব সময়ে চৌদ বৎসব অথবা ততোধিক বযসূ হইলে তাহাৰ দ্বার সহঁী হইবেক । কিন্তু যখন ঐ আপ্রেণ্টিল কোন ধর্মালযেৰ অধ্যক্ষ কি কৰ্ত্ত বা সরববfহকাৰেৰ দ্বারা বদ্ধ হয় তখন उँहाद८मद भc४7 नूह जcनद किश्वा ॐाशङ्गहमद ८मप्ङ्गप्लेड़ी অথবী কর্মকাবকের সহী হটলে অভ্যাপ্রেটিসকে বন্ধকাৰি ব্যক্তিরদের পক্ষে তাহা প্ৰচুৰ হইবেক ইতি। ৯ ধারা। এমত কোন আপ্রেণ্টিসেৰ বন্দোবস্তপত্রে যদি উপৰেৰ উক্তমতে স্বাক্ষৰ না হয় তবে তাক সিদ্ধ হইবেক না এবং যে স্থান অথবা লিঙ্গাতে তাহাতে मही छग्न সেই স্থান বা জিলাব প্রধান মাজিষ্ট্রেট সাহেবেৰ দফবে যাবৎ তাহা দাখিল মা হষ্টধা থাকে তাৰও সিদ্ধ হইবেক না। অথবা যদি আপ্রেটিস সমূদ্রীয় কার্য্যে মিযুক্ত হয় ड८द ८थ तमनटद एप्लां८धणिग्रैम पञाviनtद्र की ई7 द! ८नदी আৰম্ভ কৰিবেক সেই বন্দৰেৰ জাহাঙ্গেব রেজিষ্টরী করণ কৰ্ম্মে ১৮৪১ সালেব ১• আইনানুসাবে মিযুক্ত ব্যক্তিব क्रकू८डू शांद९ ङांइ नाचित्र मा झंझ खांद* निझ इ६८दक नl !
