Any Judge or Judges of the Supreme Court of Judicature, who shall conscht to aid in the execution of this Act, may lzercise all the powers of a Judge appointed under this Act, and suits may be tried by him under this Act in like mannel as if he were a Judge of the Court of Smnll Causes XII. There shall be a Clerk for every Court holden under this Act, whom the Judges of the Court shall appoint, subject to the approv il of the Governor in Council, and may remove, subject to the like approval if necessary, additional Clerks may be appointed with the sanction of the Govelnor in Council XIII. The Clerk of each Court shall issue all summonses, wal rants, precepts and writs of Lxe cution, and keep an account of all proceedings of the Court, and shall take charge of, and keep an account of all Court fees, and fines payable on paid into Court, und of all monies paid into, and out of Court, and shall cnter an account of all such fees, fines, and monies in a book builonging to the Court, to be kept by him for that purpose, and ehalj monthly, or ut queh other tumu 8 us «hnll be directed by the Governor in Council, submit his accounts to be audited or Suttled in such in inner as the Governor ın Counuıl, from tıme to tıme, shall direct ^. XIV The Judges of every such Court shall, from time to time, appoint a sufficient number of persons to be Bailiffs of the Court, not exceeding the number, tion time to time, allowed by the Governor in Council, and may at their pleasure suspend or dismiss any Bailiff so appointed XV The Bailiffs shall attend every sitting of the Court, for such time as shall be r quired by the Judg s, and shall serve all the summon- + and orders, and execute all the warrants, precepts, und writs, issued out of the Court, and shall, in the execution of their duties, conform to all suth general rules as shall be, flom time to time, made for regulating the proceedings of the Court XVI Every Clcrk, or other Officur of any such Court, who shall, by himself or by any partner, or în any way, directly or indirectly, be concernodor act as attorney, or vakeul, or be concerned in any trade or profession on his own account, or for any other person, shall forfeit and pay the sum of Five Hundred Rupees to any person who shall sue for [Government Gazette, 6th November, 1849.] 4 B 2 ) ; : দিয়া ঐ উকীল কর্মকাধির কি বাণিজ্য বা ব্যবসাকারির যখবাদাষ হক্টবেন ন৷ ইতি । ১• ধাৱ । সুত গন্ধরনর সাহেব হজুন কৌন্সেলের দরখাস্তফ্রমে ভাবভবর্ষের শ্ৰীযুত গবয়নর rঞ্জনবল বাছাদূৰ হজুৰ কেন্সেলে কোন জঞ্জকে ভগ্নীব কবিতে পাবেম ইতি । ১১ ধৰি । সুপ্রিম কোর্টেৰ যে কোন অঙ্গ সাহেব কিম্বা জঞ্জ সাহৰেব। এষ্ট আইন সফল কখণেব বিষয়ে সাহায্য কবিতে সমস্ত হন তিনি এই আইনমস্তে নিযুক্ত গুঞ্জেৰ সকল ক্ষম স্থানুসাৰে কাৰ্য্য কবিতে পাখিবেন এব^ তিনি অলপ মূল্যেব মোকদমাব আদাষ স্তের গুঞ্জ রইলে ষেকপ এই আইনানুসাৰে মোকদ্দমাব বিচাৰ কৰিতে পাবিতেন সে কাপ বিচাব কবি তে পাবিবেন ইতি । ১ম ধারা। এই আষ্টমানুসাবে যে প্রত্যেক মাদলত স্থাপন হয় তাহাতে এক গুন ফ্লার্ক সাহেব থাকিলেন এবং ঐ আদালন্তের জঞ্জ সাহেবেৰা ঠাচ কে নিযুক্ত কবিনেন এবং তাছাকে তগীব কবিতে পাবেন কিন্তু তাহাতে শ্রযুত গবরনর সাহেবেব হস্তুব কৌন্সোলব মঞ্জুৰীব অপেক্ষ থাকিবেক যদি আবশ্যক হয় তবে শ্ৰীযুত গবরনর সাহেবে ক জব নেীললেৰ অনুমতিক্রমে অধিক ক্ষার্ক সাহেব নিযুক্ত হইতে পাবেন ইfত । ১৩ ধfল 1 । প্রত্যেক আদালতের ক্লার্ক সাহেব সকল সমন ও ওয়াব ট ও প্রিসেপ্ট ও ডিক্ৰী জার্থীব পব ওয়াম দিবেন এবং আদালতের সকল কার্য্যেৰ বিপ্লবণ লিখিয়া বাখিলেন এবং আদালতেব সকল বসুম এবং আদালতের মধ্যে যে সকল জ্ঞা প্রীমানা দেয় চয় অথবা আদালতহষ্টতে BB BBS BD MBBBS BB BBB BBS DBC DBBB BB BS BBBBBBB BBB BBS BB BSBS TSBB সাহে লেব জিমায় থাকিলেক এবং তিনি তাহার হিসাব ৰাখিবেন এবং সেষ্ট সকল বসুম ও জ্ঞধীমান। ৪ টাকাৰ SBBB BBSB BB BB BB BB SBB BBBBB BLSBB সেই বহীল মধ্যে তুfলবেন এবং মাসে২ অথবা অন্য যে সম খ্ৰীযুত গবরনল সাহেব হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে নির্দিষ্ট কলেন সেই সমণে শ্ৰীযু ও গবরনর সাহেব হজুর কোন্সেলে ষেক প নিয়ম কবেন সেই সাপে এ হিস’ব বিবেচনা অথব! নিধপৰি হ গুনের জন্যে দর্ব পেশ কৰিবেন ইতি | ১৪ ধাবা। ঐরুপ প্রত্যেক আদালতেব জঙ্গ সাঁছেবেব সময়ক্রমে যত ব্যক্তির আবশ্যক কয় তত ব্যক্তিকে আদালঠেব বেইলিফা কর্মে নিযুক্ত কবিবেন কিন্তু যুত গবনের সাহেব ই জুব কৌন্সেলে সময়ক্রমে যত বেষ্টলিফের হুকুম কবেন তদপেক্ষা অধিক ব্যক্তি নিযুক্ত হইবেক না । এবং ঐ জজ সাহেবে বা আপনারদের বিবেচনামতে এষ্টম ও নিযুক্ত কোন বেষ্টলিফ.ক সমপে ও অথবা ভগীর কবিতে পাবেন ইতি । ১৫ 4াব। এ বেইলিফ জঞ্জ সহিবেবী যত কfল নিকপণ কবেন ত ১ কাল আদালতেব প্র৬্যেক বৈঠকে চাঞ্জিব হইবেক এবং অদিলিত হইতে যে সকল সমন ও হুকুম দে ওTা যায় এর & যে সকশ ওয়াঁবন ও প্রিসেপ্ট ও বিট অর্থাৎ পব গুয’ন নাহিব হয় ওfহ1 জাৰ্মী কৰিবেক এবং এ কার্য্য নিৰ্বাহ কবণে আদালন্তেৰ কার্য্যের লীfষ্টৰ নিয়মের জন্য সময়ক্রমে যে সকল সাধারণ বিধি হা তদনুসাবে কার্য্য কবিবেক ষ্টfত । ১৬ ধাবা । উক্ত আদালতের কোন ক্লার্ক সাহেল অথবা অন্য কর্মকার ক যদি আপিনি অথবা আপনার কোন বখবাদাবের দ্বাৰা সপষ্টরূপে বা ত সপষ্টরূপে কোন প্রকারে ত টিণি অথবা উকীল কি মোশ্বারের ন্যায় কার্য্য করেন অথবা আপনাব নিমিৰে কিম্ব অন্য কোন ব্যক্তিব নিমিত্তে কোন কারবাৰ কিম্ব ব্যবসাগে লিপ্ত থাকেন তবে যে কোয় ব্যক্তি কর্জের নালিশেতে বা ত - हैम उल्ल छदrमद दिदtग्न छैiशांद नॉरय সুপ্রিম কোর্চে
