( and shall not be otherwise accountable to it than any ordinary Executor, Administrator, or Grantee of Letters Ad Colligenda Bona, as the case may be VI Every Administrator General shall give Security by bond to the East India Company, humself for one lack of Rupees, with two or more Sureties jointly and severally for another lack of Rupees for the due execution of his said Office , and shall not be required by the said Supreme Court to enter into any Administration Bond, or to give other Security to that Court on the grant of any such Letters as aforesaid VII. The Administrator General shall receive for the discharge of his duties as such Adminis trator General under all such grants of Letters as aforesaid made after the passıng of this Act, or on Probates of Wills so granted after the passıng of this Act, wherein he is named Executor by virtue of his Office, instead of the Commission heretofore received by the Ecclesiastical IRugisti ar, a Commission calculated aster the rate of Th1 t e Rupees ın every Hundred Rupees whıclı ho shall actually distribute, or which he shall set apart and invest no heren provided, fol the bentifit of thu panties ultimately entitled thereto, if the same are not immediately payable , and, out of the said Commis sion of Three Rupees in the Hundred, shall defray the expunces of the necessary Establishment, and all other charges, to which the said Oslice may be subject VIII No person, other thnn tho Administrator General, shall be entitled to charge any Com mission on Agency, as FXecutor of any Will, of which Probate shall have been granted in the said Presidency after the passing of this Act, or as Administrator of any Ioffects whereof Administra tion shall have been granted in the said Presidency after the passing of this Act but this enactment is not to be deemed to hunder any Executor from having the benefit of any legacy bequeathed to him, either of a specific sum or residuary bequest, or by w ay of Commission, or un any other ]}hJTll\( I' IX The Assets belonging to the Estates ad ministered by the said Administrator General shall bc kept by lıım ın the 11 c sury of tlıc 1.ast India Company, on otherwise kept and invested by him, in such manner as the Governor Gendral of India in Council shall from time to time order, which om der shall bu published In the Calcutta Gazette, and shall be full authority, protection and indemnity in all Courts whatsoever for such keeping and investing X The said Administrator General shall enter into books to be kept by him for that purpose separate and distinct accounts of each Estate, and of all such sums of Money, Bonds and othel Securities for Money, Goods, Lífects and things, as shall come to his hands or to the hands of any per [Government Gazette, 6th March, 1849 } సె పి ) সামান্য এক্সেকিটব অথবা আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ কি লেটর্স আড়ি কালিজেণ্ড' বোনাপাওনিয়া ব্যক্তি যেরূপে ঐ সুপ্রিম কোর্টে দার্থী কেবল সেইকপে ঐ আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ জেনৰল সাহেব ঐ কোর্টে দায়ী হইবেন ইতি । ৬ খাবা। প্রত্যেক আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটব জেনবল সাহেব আপনাব পদেব কর্ম উপযুক্তস্কপে নিৰ্ব্বাহ করণেব জন্যে কোম্পানি বাহাদুবকে আপনি এক লক্ষ টাকার জামিনেৰ বণ্ড দিবেন এবং দুই বা ততোধিক ব্যক্তিকে সাধাৰণে এবং একে২ আৰি এক লক্ষ টাকাব জাঘিম দিবেন এবং পূৰ্ব্বোক্ত সেই প্রকাৰ কোন লেটর্স পাওনের সমযে সুপ্রিম কোর্টেৰ দ্বাব। তাহাব প্রতি ঐ আদালতে কোন অ্যাডমিনিষ্ট্রেসন বগু অথবা আৰি কোন জামিন দিবাব হুকুম হইবেক না ইতি । ৭ ধাবা । এই আইন জাবী হওনেৰ পৰ ঐ আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ জেনবল সাহেবকে যে সকল লেটর্স দেওয়া যায় এবং যে উইলেব মধ্যে তিনি আপিন পদোপলক্ষে একসেকিটব নিযুক্ত হইয়াছেন সেই উইলের যে প্রোবেট তাহাকে দেওযা যায় সেই লেটর্স ও সেই প্রোবেটঅনু সাবে কার্য্য নিৰ্ব্বাহ কৰণেব জন্যে ইহাৰ পূৰ্ব্বে ইক্লিসিঅষ্টিকেল ৰেজিষ্ট্রাব সাহেবকে যে কমিস্যন দেওয়া যাইত তাহাৰ পৰিবৰ্ত্তে তিনি যত টাকা বিতরণ কবেন অথবা যে টাকা তৎসমযে দেয় হয় এমত টাকা তিনি উত্তব কালে প্রাপ্য ব্যক্তিব নিমিৰে ন্যস্ত কবেন অথবা কোম্পানিৰ কাগজে অপণ কৰেন সেক্ট সকল টাকাৰ উপর তিনি শতকবা তিন টাকা কমিস্যন পাইবেন । এবং ঐ শতকবা তিন টাকা কমিস্যনহইতে র্তাহাৰ অ৷ বশ্যক সিবিশ্বতাব সকল খবচ এবং তঁাহাব পদের ষে সকল ব্যয়েব প্রযোজন হয় তাহা দিবেন ইতি । ৮ ধারা । এই আইন জাবী হওনেব পব উক্ত রাজধা নীর মধ্যে যে শোন উক্টলেব প্রোবেট দেওযা যায় ঐ উষ্টলেব একসেকিট বম্বকাপ অথবা এই আইন জারী হ গুনেব পৰে উক্ত বাঞ্জধানীৰ মধ্যে যে কোন সম্পত্ত্বিৰ সবববাহ কবণেব ক্ষমতা দেওযা যায় ঐ সম্পত্তিৰ অাডমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ স্বরূপ অডিমিনিষ্ট্রেটব জেনবলভিন্ন অন্য কোন ব্যক্তি কোন কমিস্যন কি এজেন্সীব দাওয়া কবিতে পবিবেন না । কিন্তু এই বিধানেৰ এষ্টমত অর্থ করিতে হইবেক না যে কোন একসেকিটবকে দানপত্ৰেৰ দ্বাৰা যে দান কৰা যায় তাহ নির্দিষ্ট টাকা হউক কিম্ব টাকা যিভবণ কৰিলে পব যে টাকা বঁাচে তহি তউক অথবা কমিস্যন হউক কিম্বা অন্য কোন প্ৰকাৰে দৰ টাকা হউক তাহা ভোগ কৰিতে নিষেধ আছে ইতি । ৯ ধাবা । ঐ অডিমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ জেনবল সাহেব যে সকল ইষ্টেটের সবববাহ করেন সেই ঈষ্টেটের সম্পত্তি কোম্পানি বাহাদরেব ত্রে জুৰীতে অৰ্পণ কবিবেন অথবা যেমতে শ্ৰীযুত গবরনর জেনবল বাহাদুৰ হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে সমসত্রুমে হুকুম কবেন সেইমতে বাথিবেন ও অামানৎ কবিবেন । এবং ঐ হুকুমনাম কলিকাতা গেজেটে প্রকাশ হইবেক এবং ঐ হুকুমনামাৰ দ্বাৰা সকল আদালতেৰ এমভ বোধ হইবেক মে ঐ সম্পবি বfগণেব ও অtয়নিৎ কবণেব বিষয়ে ঐ অডিমিনিষ্ট্রেটব জেনবল সাহেবকে সম্পূণ ক্ষমতা দেওয়া গিয়াছে এবং তিনি তৎকর্মের দায়চইতে মুক্ত আছেন এবং তঁহিবি উপব কোন কুঁৰী হইতে পাধে ন ইতি । ১০ ধাবা । উক্ত আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটর জেনরল সাহেব তন্নিমিত্তে প্রস্তুত কৰা হিসাব বন্ধীৰ মধ্যে প্রত্যেক ইষ্টেটেৰ আলোহিদা ও সুস্পষ্ট হিসাব রাখিবেন এবং এষ্ট আইনানুসাবে যে সকল নগদ টাকা ও বগু ও টাকার অন্যান্য নিদর্শন ও জিনিস ও সম্পত্তি ও দ্রব্য র্তাহার হাতে বা র্তাহাৰ দ্বার নিযুক্ত বার্তাহার জন্যে গচ্ছিত্ত M 2
