No. 4137M.—The 9th August 1897.—It is hereby notified for general information that on the application of the Commissioners of the Sherpur Municipality in the district of Mymensingh, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to declare that the provisions of section 3 of Act XX of 1887, with respect to wild birds, shall apply, so far as regards the rules framed by the Municipal Commissioners of Sherpur, to deer and hares.
