৯২ #क्तcिाझे 6शंपञझे, swa१ लतंत्र * ऋग्नषबब्र । [দ্বিতীয় ক ৰণ্ড । sale any such bird or animal, living or dead, ahall be liable to a fine not exceeding Rs. 5 for each bird or animal. 5. Whoever during the breeding season imports into the town the plumage of any kind of wild bird, recently killed or taken or the fur or akin of any hare or deer recently killed or taken, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding Rs. 5 for the plumage of every such bird or the fur or skin of every such hare or dear. 6. In the case of a second conviction the fine may extend to Ra. 10 for each such bird, ‘hare, deer, plumage fur or skiu. 7. All birds, plumage, fur or skin, &c., in respect in which a conviction has been had under Rukes 4, 5 and 6 shall be eonfiscated. ‘8. A reward, not exceeding hałf the fine imposed and realised under Rules 4, 5, and 6, smay be granted by the adjudicating Magistrate to any person who has afforãed information leading to a aanviction for a breach of any of the spewe rules.
