AAAAAASA SAAAAS AAAAA ASAS A SAS SSAS SSAS SSAS NOTIFICATION, No. 5267 M.–The 1st December 1897.-It is hereby notified for general information that the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased, in the exercise of the power conferred on him by section 414 of the Caloutta Municipal Consolidation Act, II of 1888, to oonfirm the following revised bye-law relating to the wearing of metal tickets by the drivers of carts, which has been framed by the Commissioners of the Calcutta Municipality under section 412 of the said Act : “Every driver of a registered cart shall, at all times while acting as such driver, wear a metal ticket exposed to view, marked or engraved with a number corresponding with the regist ation number of the cart; and such ticket shall, on application, bo delivered by the Commissioners free of cost at the time of the registration of the cart to the owner or the person in charge at the time for the use of the driver of the cart for the time being. On the xpiry of the period for which such license is granted, the owner or person in charge of the art is bound to return such ticket to the Commissioners. But in the case of the words or figures on the metal ticket becoming disfigured or obliterated, or of a metal ticket being lost or stolen within the period for which such ticket is issued, a duplicate ticket may, with the anction of the Commissioners, le issued on payment of a fee of two rupees.” H. বঙ্গদেশের শ্ৰীযুত লেপেটনেণ্ট গবর্ণর সাহেবের আদেশ । SS S SSAS SSASGGGSAAAAAA AAAA S মুনিসিপল ও স্থানীয় । SSASAS AAATSAS SSAS বিজ্ঞাপন । a২৬৭ এম, নম্বর –১৮৯৭ সাল ১ ডিসেম্বর –সাধারণের অবগত্যৰ্থে এতদ্বারা এই সংবাদ দেওয়া খইতেছে যে, খ্ৰীযুত লেপ্টেনেন্ট গবর্ণর সাহেবের প্রতি কলিকাতার মুনিসিপল আইন সংগ্ৰহ বিবরক ১৮৮৮ সালের ২ আইনের ৪১৪ ধারামতে যে ক্ষমতা প্রদত্ত হইয়াছে তদনুসারে কার্য্য করিয়া তিনি গৰুর গাড়ির গাড়ওয়ানদের ধাতুনিৰ্ম্মিত টিকিট ধারণ করণ সম্বন্ধে উক্ত আইনের ৪ ১২ খারাক্রমে কলিকাত মুনিসিপালিটীর কমিশনরদের প্রণীত নিম্নলিখিত সংশোধিত উপবিধি দৃঢ় করিলেন । “রেজিষ্টরীক বা গৰুর গাড়ির প্রত্যেক গাডওয়ান গাড়ী চালাইবার সময়ে সকলে দেখিতে orয় এমন করিয়া একখানি ধাতুনির্মিত টিকিট ধারণ করবে। গৰুর গাড়ির রেজিটরীর যে নম্বর ঐ টিকিটে সেই নম্বর চিক্লিত বা খোদিত থাকিবে। দরখাস্ত করা হইলে, যখন যে গাড়ওয়ান থাকে তাহার ব্যবহারের জন্য গাঢ়ী রেজিষ্টর করিবার সময়ে কমিশনরগণ বিনা খরচায় এইরূপ একখানি টিকিট BBD BBB B BBS BB BBB BBB SBB BBB BBB B BBBB BBBB BBBBB দে ওয়া যায় তাহ অতীত হইলে গাড়ির মালিক কিম্বা ধে ব্যক্তির জিন্মায় গাড়ী থাকে সেই ব্যক্তি কামশনরগণকে ঐ টিকিট ফিরাইয়া দিতে বাপ্য। কিন্তু যে সময়ের নিমিত্ত ধাতুনির্মিত টিকিট দেওয়া যায় যদি সেই সময়ের মধ্যে উহার শব্দ বা অঙ্কগুলি বিকত হয় বা উঠিয়া যায় কিম্বা ঐ টিকিট খোয় ব৷ চুরি যায় তবে ওই টাকা ফি দেওয়া গেলে কমিশনরগণের মঞ্জুরির মে দোকর টিকিট দেওয়া যাইতে পরিবে ।” 45 46 fHಸೆಗಿ, বঙ্গদেশের গবর্ণমেণ্টেল সেক্রেটরী ।
