No. 88,-His Excellency the Viceroy and Governor-General, under the authority vested in him by 24 and 25 Vic, Cap. 67, section 10, is pleased to nominate the Rájá of Sirmur, IC.C.S I, to be an Additioual Member of the Council of the Governor-General of India for the purpose of making Laws and Regulations, with effect from the 29th October 1877.
