( १९२ ) [Pabt II. The 20th June 1877.-In supersession of the orders of the 19th April 1877, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 25th idem, Baboo Kristo Chunder Dutt, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Kishoregunge, in Mymensingh, is appointed to have charge of the Perozepore division of the Backergunge district. The orders of the 19th April 1877, appointing Mr. K. G. Gupta, Officiating JointMagistrate and Deputy Collector, Patuakhally, in Backergunge, to have charge of the Perozepore division of that district, are cancelled. The 21st June 1877.-The orders of the 4th instant, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 6th idem, appointing Mr. J. E. A. Eyre, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Banka, ia Blagulpore, to have charge of the Mudhepoorah division of that district, are cancelled. In supersession of the orders of the 31st ultimo, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 6th instant, Baboo Hurry Charan Ghose, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Patna, is transferred to the Bhagulpore 1)ivision, and is appointed to have charge of the Mudhepoorah division of the Bhagulpore district. The 22nd June 1877.-Baboo Chunder Seekur Banerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Bongong division of the Nuddea district, is appointed to have charge of the Kooshtea division of that district during the absence, on leave, of Mr. J. Kelleher, or until further orders. Baboo Tar. Prosad Chatterjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, attached to the Presidency Division, is appointed until further orders to have charge of the Bongong division of the Nuddea district. The following officers reported their departure from India on furlough on the 30th May 1877:— Mr. H. Mosley, c.s. ,, L. R. Forbes, Assistant Commissioner. ,, W. B. Martin, 1)eputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector. Baboo Mohim Chunder Ghosc, Officiating Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, is appointed to, have charge of the City Moorshedabad division of the district of Moorshedabad, with effect from the 20th April 1877, until relieved by Mr. E. M. Reily. The 25th June 1877.—Baboo Gobind Chunder Bose, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, is posted to the Sudder Station of the district of the 24-Pergunnahs. Baboo Kedar Nath Mookerjee, who has, under orders of the 13th instant, been appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade in the Patna Division, is posted to Seetamurhee, in Mozufferpore. The 26th June 1877.-I}aboo Gopal Chunder Mookerjee, Officiating Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, IIooghly, is transferred to Howrah. Mr. P. R. Henry, Sub-divisional Officer of Rajmahal, is vested with the powers of a Collector undcr Act X (13.C.) of 1870. 13aboo Dwarka Nath Sen, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Beerbhoom, is vested with special appellate powers under Section 87 of the Land Registration Act VII (B.C.) of 1876 in that district. Mr. E. M. Money, c.s., who reportcil his return from furlough on the afternoon of the 23rd instant, is appointed to be all Assistant Magistrate and Collector in Purneah, and is allowed the usual subsidiary leave to enable him to join his appointment. PolicE.-The 22nd June 1877.-Mr. J. H. Warender-Clark officiated as District Superintendent of Police, Noakhplly, from the afternoon of 12th March to the afternoon of 24th April last. The Right Hon’ble the Secretary of State for India has been pleased to grant to Mr. J.
