Cockburn, District Superintendent of Police, Pubna, is allowed privilege leave for three months, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code. Mr. B. Rattray, Fifth Grade District Superintendent of Police, is appointed to act as District Superintendent of Police, Pubna, during the absence, on leave, of Mr. J. Cockburn, or until further orders. Ecclesiastical.— The 21st June 1877.—Baboo Aiyub IIemborom is authorized to grant, under Clause 5, Section 5, Act XV of 1872, certificates of marriage between persons who arc Native Christians. MEDICAL.-The 16th June 1877.--Dr. F. W. B. Webber, Civil Medical Officer, Dinagepore, is allowed leave for fifteen days, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, in addition to the time allowed for joining his appointment at'Maldah, where he has becm lately transferred. The 22nd June 1877.-The following gentlemen are appointed to be members of the Committee for the managemcnt of the charitable dispensary at Burhurwa, in Chumparun : Mr. W. F. Gibbon, Junior, of Ghyree Factory, vice Mr. Dixon, resigned. Baboo Gopal Sing, Native Assistant, Opium Department, vice Moulvie Feda Ali, transferred. The followii.g. gentlemen are appointed to be additional Visitors of the Berhampore and Moydapore Lunatic Asylums :– Mr. T. Haines Wickes, Executive Engineer, ex officio. ,, J. W. Stocks, Silk Merchant. ., J. Perrin, ditto. The Subordinate Juâge of Moorshcdabad, eae officio. The Senior Deputy Magistrate, diffo. Rai Onnoda Prosad Roy Bahadoor, Zemindar. Baboo Radhika Churn Sen, ditto. ,, Ram Dass Scn, ditto, The 26th June 1877 –The following gentlemen are appointed to be members of the Committee for the management of the charitable dispensary at Deoghur – Baboo Russick Lall Tewary, Mooktear, vice Baboo Dwarka Nath Rai, deceased. , Ram Chunder Singh, Ghatwal of Pathrol, vice Mr. Tullock, who has per manently left the sub-division. The Assistant Surgeon in charge of the dispensary, ex officio. The services of Surgeon C. W. Owen, now doing duty in the Presidency General Hospital, are placed temporarily at the disposal of the Government of India in the Home Department. orium.—The 21st June 1877.-Mr. H. E. IInthone Economic Museum.-The 21st June 1877.-The following gentlemen are appointed to be members of the Hazareebagh Economic Museum Committee:– Mr. S. S. Jones, c.s., Officiating Assistant Commissioner. Baboo Dino Nath Mookerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector. The 22nd June 1877–Mr. F. A.
