No. 185.-Notifications.—Mr. P. J. Neuville, Executive Engineer, Third Grade, assumed charge of the Third Calcutta Division on the 4th current, after noon. & No. 186.—Baboo Hem Chander Biswas, Sub-Engineer, Third Grade, joined the Patna Division on the 5th current, before noon, on return from privilege leave. No. 187.-Baboo Kally Prosuno Bannerjee, Accountant, Fourth Grade, joined the Central Office of Accounts, Bengal, on the 81st May 1877, before noon, on return from privilege leave. Civil BUILDINGs. No. 189.-Declaration under Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Government of India.-- Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government for a public purpose, viz. for the site of a female ward and other buildings required for the Mitford Hospital in the town of Dacca, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a plot of land measuring, more or less, 3 beeghas and 7 cottahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the house of Baboo Shyma Kanta Banerjee and the land of Rajah Sattya Nanda Ghosal Bahadoor; on the east by the public road; on the south by the River Booriganga; and on the west by the Mitford Hospital compound, is required within the aforesaid town of Dacca. § 2. This declaration is made, under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may concern. Local CoMMUNICATION. The 26th June 1877. No. 189.-Declaration under Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Government of IndiaWhereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a..public purpose, viz. for the construction of a retired line of road near Tatoolia Bazar, in the villages of Joypore (Tatoolia), Kristomattee, and Duksheenshohor, pergunnah Choonakhalce, zillah Moorshedabad, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, eight beeghas and sixteen cottahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by cultivated lands of Duksheenshohor village; west by road to Duksheenshohor; south by cultivated lands adjoining main road; and east by Bauleah Road, is required within the aforesaid villages of Joypore (Tatoolia), Kristomattee, and Dukshcenshohor. The 25th June 1877. No. 208–Notifications.—Baboo Rajkristo Coomar, Supervisor, Second Grade, joined the Mahanuddy Division on the forenoon of the 12th June 1877. No. 209.— Mr. M. J.
