( 4Ե s ) [Pamt II. 骨 Baboo Trigunna Prosunno Bose, L.L., Moonsif of Putteah, in Chittagong, is appointed to be Moonsif of Deang, in that district. In modification of the orders of the 18th ultimo, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 28rd idem, Baboo Kristo Chunder Chowdry, M8ousif of Deang, is appointed to be Moonsis of Rungunea, but to continue in charge of Deang until relieved by Bahoo Trigunna Prosumno Bose. The 29th June 1877.—Baboo Joy Gopal Bose, Moonsif of Rampore Haut, is transferred temporarily to Jungypore for the purpose of being employed as Second Moonsif at that station. 購 Baboo Biprodass Chattopadhyay, B.L., Moonsif of Azimgunge, in the district of Moorshedabad, is vested, under Section 29 of the Bengal Civil Courts' Act (VI of 1871), with the jurisdiction of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes for the trial of suits cognizable by such courts up to the value of Rs. 50. The 30th June 1877.—Bahoo Syam Chand Dhur, B.L., Moonsif of Manbazar, in the district of Manbhoom, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Third Class. The 2nd July 1877.-The following Moonsifs are vested, under Section 29 of the Bengal Civil Courts' Act (VI of 1871), wi.h the jurisdiction of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes for the trial of suits cognizable by such courts up to the value of fifty rupees — Baboo Behari Lall Mullick, Moonsif of Panch pookeriah, in Tipperah. ,, Mothuranath Ghose, Second Moonsif of Comilla. wo Baboo Anando Chunder Mullick, Sudder Moonsif of Chittagong, is transferred to Raojan. Baboo Jodunath Ghose, Moonsif of Raojan, is transferred to the Sudder Station of Chittagong. Baboo Jodooputty Tanerjee, Third Moonsif of Comilla, is temporarily posted to Nassirmugger as Third Moonsif at that station. The 3rd July 1877.—Baboo Unnoda Pershad Chatterjee is appointed to be an extra Moonsif at Burrisal till the ensuing Dusserah vacation. Baboo Poorno Chunder Roy is appointed to be an extra Moonsif at Patuakhali till the ensuing Dusscrah vacation, Mr. H. J. H. Fasson, Assistant Settlement Officer at Chittagong, is appdated, under the provisions of Section 3, Act II of 1869, to act as a Justice of the Peace within the territories of the Lieutenant-Governor. Mr. Fasson will also exercise the powers of a Magistrate of the First Class. Mr. Frederick Eden Pargiter, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, Chittagong, who passed by the higher standard of departmental examination in May 1877, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the First Class. 2RRAtum.—The 28th June 1877.—In the orders of the 26th June 1877, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 27th idem, appointing the Moonsif of Kallygunge, in Dacca, to act temporarily as Second Subordinate Judge of Dacca, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Nobin Chunder Pal, for “Baboo Ram Coomar Bose,” read “Baboo Rajendra yéi Kumar Bosc.” S, C.
