( . ՂԵՀ ) [PAut II. NOTIFICATION. The 27th June 1877.--Whereas it appears desirable to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal to make certain alterations in the boundaries of the Durbhunga Municipality, it is hereby declared that the said Municipality is bounded on the north by mohullas Azimnagore Bishanpore Taj, Soudham Basdeopore Mohesputt, and Bela : on the east by mohulla Nargonna Lochmi Sagar, and thence south to Panda Sarai by the line of the State Railway: on the west by mohullas Panda Sarai, Taraya Sarai, Khajah Sarai, Syed Nagur, Bulbhadurpore, Backergunj Sarai, Sutlan Khan, Moharajgunj, Dumduma Jainal Puroh ; thence by the right bank of the river Bhagmatti to Mahdauli; then by mohullas Mahdauli, Bagidpore, Rotun putty, and Subhankerpore ; and thence by the river Bhaginatti to mohulla Aziunnagore. The 27th June 1877–The following notification is publisled in supersession of that which appeared at page l88 of the Calcutta Gazet/e of thề 7th February 1877 : It is hereby notified for general information that, under Section 78 of the Bengal Municipal Act V (B.C.) of 1876, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased, in compliance with the recommeudation of the Commissioners of the Municipality of Bankoora, made at a special meeting, to sanction the levy, from the 1st April 1877, by the Commissioners, under Section 122 of the Act, of a tax on carriages, horses, and other animals mained below at the following rates : l’el Quniter. { lRs.
