The 3rd July 1877. , No. 196.-Declaration under Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Government of India.— Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Benéal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for the site of a serai in the village of Dasarakhat Saidamiyan, pergunnahs Amirabad and Bhatiagopalpore, zillah Maldah, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 2 beeghas 9 cottahs 8 chittacks of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the village road from Rajmehal to Mahishmati; on the east by the garden of Mooltan Sheik; and on the south and west by the Rajmehal road, is required within the aforesaid village of Dasarakhat Saidamiyan. n This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it unay concern. No. 210.—Notification.—-Mr. T. R. Buxton; Temporary Supervisor, Second Grade, By turnee Division, returned to duty on the forenoon of the 19th June 1877 from the sick leave grauted him in the orders marginally noted. No. 211.-Declaration.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that laud is requircd to be taken up by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for extension of the Dumraon Right Parallel Channel, commencing from 26th chain in 32nd mile, in mouzah Morardh, and ending at 88th chain in 33rd mile, in mouzah Seraiya, pergunuah Bhojepur, zillah Shahabad, it is hereby declared that a strip of land, measuring 6,500 feet in length and varying from 45 to 70 feet in breadth, and containing an area of 8 acres 2 roods 27 poles, or 12 beeghas 19 cottahs 12 dhoors of land, more or less, is required for the above purpose in the said district of Shahabad. The said strip of land is situated in mouzahs Morardh and Seraiya, pergunnah Bhojepur, zillah Shahabad. This deqaration is made, under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all No. 93, dated 26th March 1877. whom it may concern. 釁 The 3rd July 1877.
