Livesay, Officiating Magistrate and Collector, Rungpore, is appointed to act until further orders in the Second Grade of Magistrates and Collectors, vice Mr. H. J. Newbery. Mr. C. F. Magrath, Officiating Magistrate and Collector of Monghyr, is appointed to act until further orders in the Second Grade of Magistrates and Collectors, vice Mr. R. H. Wilson. Mr. J. A. Hopkins, c.s., Inspector of Schools, Eastern Circle, on furlough, is appointed temporarily to be a Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the First Grade, vice Mr. J. Anderson. . | The 30th June 1877.—Baboo Bhugwan Chunder Sen, Deputy Collector, attached to the Cadastral Survey party in Patna and Gya, is allowed leave for three months, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 1st August next, or from any subsequent day within one month of that date on which he may avail himself of it. Mr. F. H. Harding, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Jungypore, Moorshedabad, is transferred to the Sudder Station of Dacca. Moulvi Mahomed Abdool Kadir, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Cuttack, is transferred to the Presidency Division, and is appointed to have charge of the Jungypore division of the Moorshedabad district. Mr. E. M. Money, Assistant Magistrate and čollector, Purneah, is appointed to act until further orders in the First Grade of Joint-Magistrates and Deputy Collectors, vice Mr. F. J. G. Campbell. The 3rd July 1877.—Mr. H. J. S. Cotton, Junior Secretary to the Government of Bengal, is allowed furlough for sixteen months, under Section 12 of the Civil Leave code, from the 13th instant, together with subsidiary leave from the 7th idem. Mr. C. P. L. Macaulay, Officiating Under-Secretary to the Government of Bengal, is appointed temporarily to act as Junior Secretary during the absence, on furlough, of Mr. H. J. S. Cotton, or until further orders. Mr. H. H. Risley, Officiating Assistant Secretary to the Government of Bengal, is appointed 'temporarily to act as Under-Secretary during the absence, on deputation, of Mr. J. Crawfurd, or until further orders. Baboo Rajendra Nath Mittra, Head Assistant, Judicial Department, Bengal Secretariat, is appointed temporarily to act as Assistant Secretary to the Government of Bengal. In lieu of the three months’ privilege leave granted under orders of the 9th June 1877, Mr. J. Anderson, Officiating Deputy Commissioner, Chittagong Hill Tracts, is allowed furlough for ten months and fifteen days, under Section 12 of the Civil Leave Code, together with subsidiary leave for a period not exceeding thirty days, under Section 24 of the Code, with effect from the 14th June last. - Mr. G. L. T. Harris, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, First Grade, is appointed to Rajshahye, with effect from the date of his relief from his Acting Additional Judgeship in all the districts of the Dacca Division. The 5th July 1877.--Baboo Ramchurm Bose, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the Bagirhat division of the Jessore district, is allowed privilege leave for #.) days, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code. Baboo Umbica Churn Roy, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector at the Sudder Station of Jessore, is temporarily posted to the sub-division of Bagirhat.
