Abbott, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Patna, is appointed temporarily to officiate as Magistrate and Collector of that district, with effect from the date on which he relieved Mr. J. F. K. Hewitt. The 18th July 1877.-Captain T. B. Michell is appointed temporarily to be Cantonment Magistrate of Dum-Dum, and to be Judge of the Small Cause Court if that Cantonment. Baboo Hem Chunder Kerr, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, 24-Pergmahs, is transferred to the district of Sarun. Moulvi Ikram Rusool, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Sarun, is transferred to the district of 24-Pergunnahs, The 19th July 1877.—Baboo Annoda Persaud Sen, Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade, is posted to Jhenidah, in Jessore. This cancels the orders of the 12th ultimo, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 20th idem, transferring him to Diamond Harbour, in the 24-Pergunnahs. Baboo Dwarkanath Mookerjee, Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade, at Khoolma, in Jessore, is appointed to be temporarily a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade, and is posted to Diamond Harbour, in the 24-Pergunnahs. 衛 Mr. J. C. Lloyd is appointed to be temporarily a Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade, and is posted to Khoolna, in Jessore, The 20th July 1877.-Mr. W. N. Campbell, Officiating Assistant Commissioner, Palamow sub-division, is vested with the powers of a Collector under Act X (B.C.) of 1871. The 21st July 1877.-Mr. C. D. C. Winter, Osficiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Monghyr, is allowed furlough for sixteen months, under Section 12, Chapter IV of the Civil luca”e Code, together with the usual subsidiary leave for a period not exceeding thirty days, Moulvi Abdool Luteef, Khan Bahadoor, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, 24-Pergunnahs, is appointed to act as a Presidency Magistrato for the Town of Calcutta, during the absence, on duty, of Mr. P. D. Dickens, or until further orders. The 23rd July 1877–Moulvi Fyzullah Khan, Special Sub-Deputy Collector, Second Grade, employed on laud registration work in Chittagong, is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade in that district, vice Baboo Tarini Lal Chowdry, . The orders of the 8th June last, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 20th idem, appointing Baboo Hurry Puddo Ghose temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade, are cancelled. Baboo Hurry Puddo Ghose is appointed to be a Sub-Deputy Collector, Second Grade, in Chittagong, vice Moulvi Fyzullah Khan, promoted. Daboo Kristo Kumar Sen, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, is appointed to have charge of the Moonsheegunge division of the Dacca district. This cancels the orders of the 27th ultimo, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 4th instant, posting him to the Sudder Station of Pooree. Baboo Huro Kali Mookerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Moonshegunge division of the Dacca district, is transferred to the Sudder Station of Pooree. The 24th July 1877,--Mr. T. A. Counsell is appointed to act temporarily as Head Assistant, Judicial Department, Bengal Secretariat, during the absence, on duty, of Baboo Rajgndra Nath Mittra. RegisTRATroN.–The 17th July 1877.– Baboo Kristo Hurry Bose, Special Sub-Regis trar, Chittagong, is allowed leave of absence from the date of expiry of the leave granted to him under orders of the 28th May last to the date on which he rejoins his appoint ment. 函 [Government Gasette, 81st July 1877.]
