The 4th August 1877.—It is hereby notified for general information that, on the recommendation of the Commissioners of the Municipality of Joynuggur, in the district of 24-Pergunnahs, made at a special meeting, the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased, under Section 78 of Act V (B.C.) of 1876, to sanction the registration by the Commissioners, under Scotion 133 of the Act, of all carts-kept within the Municipality, and the levy from 1st October 1877 of a fee upon every cart for such registration at the rates mentioned below : For every cart kept within the M uničipality R8, 2 per auuum, or Iłe. l por half-year.
