No. 2041.—In exercise of the powers oonferred by Section 85 of the Court Fees Act VII of 1870, and in supersession of the Notification in the Financial Department, No. 4866, dated 31st October 1870, the Governor-General in Council is pleased to remit the fées chargeable under the said Act in respect of— 曾 .1 مموعة 1st–Copies of all documents furnished under the orders of any Court or Magistrate to any Government Advocate or l'leader or other person specially empowered in that behalf for the purpose of conducting any trial or investigation on the part of Government before any Criminal Court. 2nd–Copies of all documents which any such Advocate, Pleader or other person is required to take in connection with any such trial or investigation for the use of any Court or Magistrate, or may consider necessary for the purpose of advising the Government in counection with any criminal proceeding. 3rd.—Copies of judgments and depositions required by officers of the Police Department for conducting appeals on behalf of Government before any Criminal Court. Martin, Executive Engineer, ist grade, North-Eastern System of State Railways, held charge of the current duties of the office of Engineer-in-Chief, Tirhoot State Railway, in addition to his own duties, from the 30th April till relieved by Mr. F.
