The 29th August 1877.-Baboo Upendra Chandra Ghose, Extra Moonsif of Barripore, 24-Pergunnahs, is transferred to the Sudder Station of that district, for employment at Sealdah and Alipore, with effect from the 15th August 1877. The 1st September 1877.-The name of Baboo Hurry Mohun Sen, who was appointed an Honorary Magistrate for the Naraingunge Bench, in the district of Dacca, under orders of . the 2nd May 1877, is removed from the list of Honorary Magistrates for that Bench, as he has left the station. Mr. J. C. Lloyd, temporâry Sub-Deputy Collector of Khoolnah; in Jessore, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Third Class, The 3rd September 1877–13aboo Rampershad, Second Subordinate Judge of Patna, on deputation to Mozuflerpore, is allowed leave for one month and eightcen days, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with cffect from the 17th August 1877. The 4th September 1877.—The Moonsif of Kudwah, in the district of Purneab, is also appointed to be Additional Moonsis of Arrarcah, in that district. Baboo Srigopal Chatterjee, M.A., n.L., is appointed to officiate as Second Moonsif of Nassirmuggur, in the district of Tipperah, from the re-opening of the Civil Courts after the ensuing Dusserah vacation, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Joygopal Sinha, or until further olders. LEAVE of Absence To MooRSIFs.—The 4th September 1877.--Baboo Joygopal Sinha, Second Moonsif of Narsinuggur, in the district of Tipperah, is allowed leave of absence for two months and 15 days, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with cffect from the 7th October 1877, or from such subsequent date as he may avail himself of it. The 29th August 1877.-Under Section 3, Act I (B.C.) of 1876 (an Act to provide for the voluntary registration of Mahomedan marriages and divorces), the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to grant a license to Moonshi Mahatabooddeen, authorizing him to register Mahomedan marriages and divorces, and to exercise the other functions of a Mahomcdan Registrar within the police-station of Manickgunge, in the district of Dacca, during the absence of Moulvi Khulil Ullah, the present incumbent, on leave. The 29th August 1877.—The following bye-laws, framed by the Municipal Commissioners of Colgong at a meeting, under Section 813, Act V (B.C.) of 1876, having been confirmed by the Lieutenant-Governor under Section 814 thercof, are hereby published for general information : For Regulating the Time and Mode of Collecting the Tawes.
